He began his journey, with boldness he did stand
Declaring the Word and preaching it loud
Everywhere he went God drew a crowd
As life went on stronger he became
Preaching it, teaching it, with authority he did proclaim
Though there were times that were hard and he had struggles to face
He always got through it by Gods strength, mercy and grace
A life laid down was the message that he preached
To see the lost return home, many souls through him were reached
Great is this man of which many tales I’ll tell
His life was lived for Jesus and with out a doubt, it was lived well ;)
